Adolfo Sellitto, professional chef since 2007 and doctor in Mediterranean gastronomic sciences, member of the Italian Federation of Chefs.
I began my career in the restaurant world ranging from a la carte service, to catering service for large events and hotels. I have experience for luxury events and in prestigious chains such as Novotel by Sofitel at Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples, where I held the role of sous chef for 2 years, also dealing with prestigious events, for brands of important multinationals in the world of fashion and motors.
Since 2020 I have been working as a Private Chef for the customers of the Amalfi Coast, in particular, I organize together with each customer a menu with contaminations of our tradition, aimed at transforming the dinner into a real experience, where each bite must tell a little about my land with an eye also turned to the sustainability and health of each diner.
In 2024, the Amalfi’s Chef Experience project was born with the aim of taking the concept of the Private Chef to a new level, offering taste, wine and interactive experiences such as cooking classes, in order to give the customer the opportunity to experience 100% of the reality of the Amalfi Coast, all in the comfort and relaxation of his home, villa or B&B chosen for his holidays on the coast.
